Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Khanna is responsible for overseeing and directing company operations. He manages the operation’s strategic vision as well as oversees performance management. Mr. Khanna joined CG Technology in July 2010 as Operations Manager and was promoted later that year to Project Manager. He was responsible for designing, negotiating, initiating and implementing new roll-outs of the Race & Sports books and Mobile Gaming launches for the company. Mr. Khanna was promoted to the role of Vice President of Business Development in April 2012 and promoted again to Chief Operating Officer in November 2015. Mr. Khanna became Chief Executive Officer for CG Technology in February 2017.
Mr. Khanna began his career in India where he was employed by Pee Kay Woolen Mills as Director of Operations. Prior to joining CG Technology, he served as the Head of Operations and Finance for Precision Enterprises, Manesar. Mr. Khanna has more than 15 years of business development and operations experience. He has extensive expertise in all aspects of building and operating Race & Sports books and Mobile Gaming facilities including extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Mr. Khanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance from American University in Washington, DC.
Vice President of Compliance
As Vice President of Compliance, Ms. Henderson oversees the company’s policies, procedures and products to ensure they are compliant with regulations and industry standards. She also engages with gaming test laboratories and serves as the company representative for GCB, AGEM, AGA and ACAMS.
Prior to joining the CG Technology in 2016, Ms. Henderson was an associate at the law firm of Greenberg Traurig where her practice focused on gaming law, including licensing and regulatory work; promotional law, including sweepstakes and social gaming; and general corporate matters. Ms. Henderson also served as the manager of regulatory compliance with International Game Technology. Ms. Henderson is a former Senior Agent with the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Investigation Division.
Ms. Henderson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Howard University, an M.B.A. from Governors State University and a law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada Las Vegas. Ms. Henderson is licensed to practice law in Nevada.
Vice President of Race & Sports Operations
As Vice President of Race & Sports Operations, Mr. Goldman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of race and sports operations at all 9 CG Technology affiliated sports books in Las Vegas and the Bahamas. He manages customer relationships and staff, oversees marketing initiatives and works closely with the risk management team to ensure accuracy of odds in each book.
Mr. Goldman has nearly forty years of experience in the Las Vegas gaming industry. Prior to joining CG Technology, Mr. Goldman served as Executive Director of race and sports book operations at The Venetian® from 1999 to 2011. Previously, Mr. Goldman held increasingly senior positions in race and sports book operations at the Las Vegas Hilton, the Flamingo Hilton and the Stardust, where he began his career in 1976.
Vice President of Race & Sports Operations
As Vice President of Race & Sports Operations, Mr. Shepard is responsible for all aspects of CG Technology’s sports business including management of its operations, business development, regulatory compliance, employee and customer relationships, marketing initiatives, and more.
Mr. Shepard joined CG Technology in March 2009 as a Ticket Writer at the Race and Sports Book at The M Resort Spa Casino. Mr. Shepard was assigned increasing positions of responsibility, including Manager of the Race & Sports Books at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. He was promoted to Vice President of Sports Operations in March 2014.
Vice President of Risk Management
As Vice President of Risk Management, Mr. Simbal is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CG Technology’s race business including management of its operations, business development, regulatory compliance, employee and customer relationships, marketing initiatives, and more.
Mr. Simbal joined CG Technology in December 2010 as Finance Manager and in June 2013 he was promoted to Vice President of Race and Risk Management. His extensive horse racing knowledge combined with his deep financial acumen underscore his position as a recognized industry expert.
Mr. Simbal began his career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MS in Professional Accountancy from the University at Albany.
